You can’t escape the Sun!

When we think of protecting our skin from damage, we often consider sun exposure outdoors as the primary culprit. However, there are hidden threats that can harm our skin even in unexpected situations, such as on cloudy days or when we’re indoors near windows. The Window Effect – We tend to spend a significant amount of time indoors, either at home or in workplaces, often near windows. Wear Protective Clothing: Long-sleeved shirts, wide-brimmed hats, and sunglasses provide an extra layer of protection against UV rays, reducing skin exposure significantly.

Window Films: Consider applying UV-protective films on windows at home, in offices, and in cars. These films can block a significant amount of UVA radiation while still allowing natural light to filter through.
